If it wasn't for my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice it is likely that I would not be here sharing my life. With the opportunity to have the best life possible, I wanted to do the best I could to please them and was focused on my success. Within my head, I knew what the plan was for my future. Go to college and then graduate. Get married. Purchase a home. Get kids. Although I was convinced that this was the ideal definition of the ideal life, reality had other strategies. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job because the pay and prestige didn't bring me happinessand I was feeling like I was wasting my time and energy in exchange for a salary but I knew that I had a destiny. As I began to move toward a new direction in my life, I discovered that I was a personal trainer and the career path I was looking for. I'm a sucker for fitness, and I love being with people and help those around me. My business started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating 7 years of success in 2021. As a Asian female in this industry there are a many of us. My goal is to be a positive influencer within the field to offer quality coaching to empower people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing an environment that is sustainable and meets their individual goals and needs. I also strive to empower people to pursue their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to in life. As I started my career, the death of my mom was the most devastating loss to me. Her eight-year battle was won. struggle with scleroderma, and is now in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and heart always. It is true that life has a way with giving us precisely what we require, even if we are unable to grasp the lessons at the time. My mother's death affected me greatly and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance in life. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. The time was right for her to move on to her next chapter as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. In my 30s, I have a sense of living and being alive. I'm not feeling as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. My goal in sharing my experience is to show you that you're not the only one. I want you to believe that love is real and that a therapy session can be regular. Health is your most valuable asset.
