Richard Bruce Cheney born Jan 30th, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska, the son Richard Herbert Cheney the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was moved from Casper, Wyoming with his family in the year 13 when he turned thirteen. He was raised by his father who worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture was the director of the conservation district of Casper.
